Age Groups Coordinators
Each age group has an assigned Age Group Coordinator (AGC) that is responsible for collecting scores and updating the game results into TeamSnap. A field rep will be on site at your game location to collect official "signed" score cards from the winning coach. The field rep will then report the results to the AGC for your age group. This all must happen within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the game.
Coaches must deliver the signed score card to the Field Rep immediately after the game has concluded.
The Age-Group Coordinator will keep track of all scores, records and seedings for your age group. They will send out the playoff round schedules to all coaches in their age group approximately 1-2 hours after the completion of the last game in their age/bracket. If you are unable to find your field rep at the completion of your game, please contact the AGC for your age group.
